They know how to cook marvelous  things with very simple ingredients.

Their secret?

Use good ans simple  products.

With this way of life, a simple dish makes you happy and makes you think you are in Italy.

 

PAPARDELLE WITH MUSHROOMS AND GORGONZOLA

 

 

 

 

Papardelle with mushrooms and gorgonzola

Easy
Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes

Serves 2 :

- 250 g of fresh pasta
- 600 g mushrooms in Paris
- 100 g of creamy gorgonzola
- Butter QS
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Chopped parsley (optional)

  • Trim the mushrooms, wash and dry quickly.

  • Cut a few slices in the most beautiful , book and cut the rest into cubes not too small.

  • Over high heat , fry the diced mushrooms in butter, season and set aside.

  • In the same In a large saucepan of salted water, cook pasta for them to be "al dente" and drain ( but not too much !).

  • While pasta is cooking, cut the gorgonzola into small cubes.

  • When the pasta is cooked and drained, add 2/3 of the cheese and mushroom dice. Stir briskly.

  • Serve the dish (or not) by distributing the reserved sliced ​​mushrooms and cheese. Serve immediately .
